About The Practice

Therapy that helps you feel safe enough to slow down, understood enough to open up, and supported enough to truly heal.

RootCause Psychotherapy & Wellness is built on a simple belief: healing begins when care feels both compassionate and grounded. We help you make sense of anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, and emotional burnout with steady support, practical tools, and space to move at a pace that feels sustainable.

Our work is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply human so you can build insight, restore stability, and create change that feels real in everyday life.

A calm place to be honest, a clear path forward, and care that meets both the emotional weight and practical realities of everyday life.

Our Clinical Philosophy

Therapy should feel clear, collaborative, and practical. You bring your lived experience; I bring structured methods, care, and accountability.

Root-Cause Focused

We identify and treat the drivers behind recurring emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns.

Relationally Safe

Healing grows in a space where you feel seen, respected, and never rushed through your process.

Progress You Can Feel

Every session has direction so therapy translates into real life change between appointments.

How We Work Together

Our work is structured, collaborative, and paced to your capacity. The goal is not only insight, but integration.

1

Clarify the Present Pattern

We define what is happening now, where it shows up, and what it is costing you.

2

Understand the Origin

Using evidence-based tools, we trace emotional and behavioral patterns to their roots.

3

Build New Responses

You practice healthier emotional regulation, communication, and self-leadership skills.

4

Sustain the Shift

We reinforce what works so growth remains stable across stress, transitions, and relationships.
